Radiohjälpen is often associated with disaster collections of various kinds.

These are carried out in collaboration with Swedish Television and Swedish Radio, and can apply to wars and conflicts such as in Syria, disease outbreaks such as Ebola in 2014 or natural disasters such as the earthquake in Nepal in 2015. In addition to disaster relief, Radio Aid also has the annual fundraisers Victoria Fund.
